September is my favorite month for many reasons. The start of fall, my birthday month (I’ve been knee deep in house stuff and have not had time to make my yearly birthday list OOPS! But if you want to lose weight (I did not but lost over 10lbs this year. UGH!) just go gluten free. The weight will fall off especially since you can’t eat most packaged food items or go out to eat. Being gluten free is a much more whole foods type of diet.

That means there are rules. NO SOUND FROM YOU what.so.ever. Your sound will need to be muted. I will NOT record live skype sessions that have intense and detailed role plays where you try to direct me during the session. The look of confusion on my face will not be good.
These SKYPE sessions will be $15/minute. You will be sent the video after I have reviewed and edited it. Once again this needs to be mutually beneficial to me as it is to you. I also will need a heads up to be able to set up to record the session beforehand.
